推荐一款开源免费翻译工具：OpenAI Translator，在 GitHub 上已获得 19.1K Star。
该工具是基于 GPT API 的划词翻译浏览器插件和跨平台桌面端应用，除了翻译，还支持润色和总结，甚至你可以自定义其他功能。

值得我推荐的原因是：开源免费且可创建自定义动作，意味着可以使用之前分享的翻译 Prompt，这功能是我在别的翻译工具上没找到的，有一些可能需要收费。
另外当前我使用最多的翻译工具就是 GPT，在众多的翻译工具中，我心中的排名是这样：GPT > DeepL > Google，不知道有没有人跟我一样？

配置教程
首先下载该工具客户端，访问安装包下载地址。
看到如下界面，在最新的版本下，点击【Show all 23 assets】展开查看更多资源：
接着，找到匹配你电脑的安装包，点击即可下载：
工具安装完成，需要进行 OpenAI API Key 配置，下面由于用到专业翻译 Prompt，建议配置可使用 GPT-4 Turbo 的 API Key，详细的配置界面如下：
完成 API 密钥配置，你已经可以使用该工具了。下面继续来创作动作，配置自定义翻译 Prompt。回到主界面右上角图标，点击【动作管理器】：
接着，点击【创建】：
填写相关信息，名称、图标自己定义，输出渲染格式选择 Markdown；

策略：
分成两次翻译，并且打印每一次结果：
1. 根据英文内容直译，保持原有格式，不要遗漏任何信息
2. 根据第一次直译的结果重新意译，遵守原意的前提下让内容更通俗易懂、符合中文表达习惯，但要保留原有格式不变
